HearNoEvil is run by Steve Parr and Sharon Rose.

Steve Parr is a musician, composer, engineer & producer who is well known as one of the foremost exponents of 5.1 mixing in Europe.

Over the last 10 years he has mixed dozens of film soundtracks in 5.1 as well as writing on technical issues for the audio press, speaking at seminars and acting as an industry consultant on surround sound.

He was awarded the award for best original surround mix of 2002 and won a FIPA for composition of best original film soundtrack of 2001 along with partner Sharon Rose.

He has been vice chair of the Music Producers Guild since 2001.

Sharon Rose is a board member of the Women in Film & Television organisation as well as running Traxx Music Production, a company that manages composers and produces music for American commercials.

Sharon has been managing director of Hear No Evil for the last six years.

She won the FIPA for best original soundtrack 2001 for '100 Days' together with Steve Parr.
